If you're a juggler or simply love great entertainment, be sure to check the events on our April calendar, as this month brings us a couple festivals within driving distance and a brand-new show right here in Philadelphia.

This coming Thursday-Sunday April 8-11 is Juggle This!, New York City's 9th annual festival, at Pratt Institute in Brooklyn NY. The festival itself is free, and the show Saturday night is only $10. The show alone is worth the drive and the price of admission.

The weekend of April 16-18 brings us the RIT Spring Juggle-In. This free festival features a total of three shows, including the open-mic style "Big Open", the Saturday morning family show, and the public show Saturday evening which features some of the top juggling talent in the world. Attendees consistently report this festival is well worth the trip.

Rounding out the month, the Philadelphia School of Circus Arts presents: Chrysalis April 23, 24 and 25 at 8PM. This show is a performance by the incredibly talented staff of the Philadelphia School of Circus Arts, which includes several members of the Philadelphia Jugglers Club. Tickets can be purchased online or by phone. This is not a juggling show, but promises to be entertaining for jugglers and non-jugglers alike.
